Herb cultivation and harvesting

The quality of the herbs we use in our herbal teas is essential to us, which is why we grow many of them ourselves on our environmentally sustainable fields. We do not use any pesticides, manually remove weeds, and water the plants with natural spring water. We harvest the herbs at the peak of their active substance content, i.e., at the beginning of flowering, and then dry them without exposure to light to preserve their color as much as possible. After that, they are cut and blended into our mixtures.
