Composition: Silver birch (Betula pendula), Common lady’s mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris), Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)
Preparation: Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon of herbs, let steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
Dosage: Once a day. The tea is packed in a cellophane bag.
