Composition: Silver birch (Betula pendula), Three-lobed burdock (Arctium lappa), Common buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), Sage (Salvia officinalis)
Preparation: Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon of herbs, let steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
Dosage: Once a day. The tea is packed in a cellophane bag.
