Composition: Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus), Ginkgo - Maidenhair Tree (Ginkgo biloba), Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis)
Preparation: Pour one heaping tablespoon of herbs into 1/4 liter of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Dosage: Once a day. The tea is packed in a cellophane bag.
