Composition: Devil's Claw (Harpagophytum procumbens), Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior), Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus), Common Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea)
Preparation: Pour one heaping tablespoon of herbs into 1/4 liter of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Dosage: 1 time a day. The tea is packed in a cellophane bag.
