Composition: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Goat's Rue (Galega officinalis), Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)
Preparation: Pour one level tablespoon of herbs into 1/4 liter of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Dosage: 1 time a day. The tea is packed in a cellophane bag.
