The herbal mixture should be taken once a day, preferably between morning and afternoon. More

Composition: Devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens), Ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior), Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), White willow (Salix alba)

Preparation: Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over one level tablespoon of herbs, let steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

Dosage: Once a day. The tea is packed in a cellophane bag.
