Composition: Silver Birch (Betula pendula), Three-lobe Beggarticks (Bidens tripartita), Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), Clubmoss (Lycopodium clavatum), Common Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), Couch Grass (Elymus repens)
Preparation: Pour one level tablespoon of herbs into 1/4 liter of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
