Concentrated Tincture

Very fast and strong effect, with active ingredients absorbed directly in the mouth (it is not reduced in the digestive tract or metabolized in the liver).

Can be used for a single dose in case of an acute issue or long-term.

Composition: Water, Alcohol, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora), Willowherb (Epilobium), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)

Tinctures can be used:

• Alone as quick help  
• Long-term for adjusting chronic issues  
• As a supplement and to strengthen herbal mixtures

Instructions: Once a day before bedtime, place the tincture directly under the tongue or into a small amount of water – then let it sit under the tongue for at least 20 seconds.
